How do you ensure the freshness of my snacks during shipping?
We take great pride in our quality control. All orders are packed in sturdy, corrugated boxes directly from our facility to ensure your chips and snacks arrive crisp, fresh, and whole.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Where can I find nutritional and allergen information?
Detailed nutritional facts and allergen statements are listed on every product page. Most Utz snacks are gluten-free; please check the specific packaging for the 'Gluten-Free' certification mark.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your snacks leave our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
